Cameras and Photography

I enjoy taking pictures immensely, as proven by the boxes of photos that I have. Photos of my children doing all sorts of things, pets, cars, scenery, weather, snow, ice, rain… you name it, I have probably taken pictures of it. Some of the time, I have even had the film developed and have gotten to see the pictures that I have taken. My house has scads of rolls of film lying around that I have never “gotten around to” taking in to get developed. I just never seem to think of it when I am going anywhere that offers that service. With the advent of digital cameras, I suppose I had better get my hoard of exposed film in soon or else I may have to rely on some aged old codger who is the sole remaining person on earth who has the ability to still develop film. It surely won’t be long before one-hour photo shops are boarded up all across this fair land of ours. If I don’t do it soon, all my precious photos will remain locked up in little hard-plastic rolls for archeologists of the future to scratch their heads over.
